It contains the townships of Cynwyd-fawr and Cynwyd-fechan, and has a post office under Corwen, a r. station, and fairs on 6 Aug. and 21 Oct. Statistics, with the parish. The living is a p. curacy, annexed to Llangar, in the diocese of St. Asaph.
