Uffington, par. and vil. (ry. sta. Uffington and Barnack), Lincolnshire, on S. border of co. and on river Welland, 2½ miles E. of Stamford, 3996 ac., pop. 462; P.O.; a canonry was founded here in time of Henry III.; Uffington House is the seat of the Earl of Lindsey.
