Tresillian, vil., Merther par., Cornwall, 3 miles NE. of Truro; P.O.; Tresillian Bridge, across St Clement's Creek, is memorable as the scene of the surrender of the Royalist army, under Sir Ralph Hopton, to Sir Thomas Fairfax, in 1646.
