Variable : Agricultural Census Crop Categories, 1957-60

However, in the aggregate data held in the Vision of Britain system we do not store the individual responses but counts of the number of each kind of response, so variables are made up of categories, such as age groups.

This set of crop categories was used in the reports of the Agricultural Census (the "June Survey") from 1957 to 1960. The reports for 1955/56 and for 1961 both use different categories.
