Cheffins identifies this unit existing pre1832-1918 and being a 2 member seat until 1867. Craig lists election results until 1867 and said it stopped sending an MP to Parliament at this date and was incoporated into Norfolk Western. The Boundary Commission Report map also records no Thetford PB Constituency in 1868. The unit entry has been amended accordingly.
