Notes:

Youngs lists three Shropshire parishes as being in 'Montgomery' RSD, but neither of the 1881 or 1891 censuses lists such a Sanitary District, and the three parishes were all in Forden Reg. Dist. in the 1891 census, so they have been assigned to Forden RSD and that has been given the alternate name of Montgomery.
