REYDON, a parish, with a village, in Blything district, Suffolk; 2 miles N W of Southwold, and 6½ E of Halesworth r. station. Post-town, Wangford. Acres, 2, 727. Real property, £4,050. Pop., 294. Houses, 64. The property is divided among a few. The manor belongs to the Earl of Stradbroke. R. Hall is the residence of W. Bradford, Esq. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Norwich. Value, £220. Patron, the Earl of Stradbroke. The church is ancient but good. Charities, £18.
