Spanish Head  the Isle of Man


In 1870-72, John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales described Spanish Head like this:

SPANISH HEAD, a headland, 350 feet high, at the SW extremity of the Isle of Man; 1 mile E of the Calf of Man.
