RINGLAND, a parish in St. Faith district, Norfolk; on the river Wensnm, 7½ miles N W by W of Norwich r.station. Post-town, Norwich. Acres, 1, 210. Real property, £1, 725. Pop., 360. Houses, 78. The property is divided among a few. The manor belongs to Lord Stafford and T. T. Berney, Esq. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Norwich. Value, £60. Patron, the Bishop of Norwich. The church is old, and has a lofty tower; and was recently restored. There are an endowed school with £22 a year, and charities £4.
