DICKERING, a wapentake in E. R. Yorkshire; on the coast, around Bridlington and Hornsea; and containing twenty-nine parishes and part of another. Acres, 107, 617. Pop., in 1851, 21, 465; in 1861, 19, 747. Houses, 4, 197.
