WATERPERRY, a parish, with Thomley hamlet, in Thame district, Oxfordshire; 2 miles ENE of Wheatley r. station, and 7¼ E of Oxford. Post town, Wheatley, under Oxford. Acres, 2,620. Real property, £3,218. Pop., 231. Houses, 44. The manor, with W. House, belongs to the Right Hon. J. W. Henley. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Oxford. Value, £60.* Patron, the Right Hon. J. W. Henley. The church has an early English chancel and a decorated English nave.
