MYNYDD-MAEN, or Mynydd-Llwyd, a mountainin the W of Monmouth; 2½ miles S W of Pontypool. Itcommands an extensive view; and it is crowned with anancient camp, 570 feet long and 210 feet wide, with atumulus.
