Descriptive Gazetteer Entry for PANG (The)

PANG (The), a small river of Berks; rising near Hampstead-Norris; and running about 13 miles south-ward, westward, and northward, past Frilsham, Bucklebury, Brad field, and Tidmarsh, to the Thames at Pangbourn. It is noted for its trout.
