Canty, a bay and a fishing hamlet in North Berwick parish, Haddingtonshire, 1½ mile SSW of the Bass, and 2¼ E of North Berwick town. The bay is small but picturesque, and the hamlet keeps boats for conveying visitors to the Bass.
