BARROW (The), a rivulet of Cumberland; falling into Derwent water, 2¼ miles S of Keswick. A cascade of two falls occurs on it, altogether 122 feet; and is approached through the beautiful grounds of Barrow House, the seat of S. Z. Langton, Esq.
