Finsbury, parl. bor., Middlesex, in N. of London, 1078 ac., pop. 198,694; consists of St Luke and Clerkenwell pars., Holborn dist., St Giles dist., &c., and returns 3 members -- 3 divisions, viz., Holborn, Central, and East, 1 member for each; its representation was increased in 1885, when its limits were reduced by the formation of Islington parl. bor.
