Moresby Parks), Cumberland - par., 2193 ac., pop. 2436; township, 2141 ac., pop. 957; vil., 2½ miles NE. of Whitchaven; P.O.; Moresby Hall is after a design by Inigo Jones; Moresby occupies the site of a Roman station, and has yielded Roman relics.
