Descriptive Gazetteer Entry for Horsey Island

Horsey Island (2 miles long and 1½ mile broad), Kirby-le-Soken par., E. Essex, in bay near tlne Naze; is marshy, and used for grazing purposes. It has a few houses and a ford to the mainland.
