Oakwood Tower, a ruined baronial fortalice in Selkirk parish, Selkirkshire, on the right bank of Ettrick Water, 4½ miles SW of Selkirk town. It belonged in the 13th century to the famous wizard, Sir Michael Scott of Balwearie, in the 16th to Wat Scott of Harden; and Is now the property of Lord Polwarth.Ord. Sur., sh.
