Its owner, Duncan Davidson, Esq. of Tillychetly (b. 1814; suc. 1849), holds 985 acres in Kincardineshire and 1422 in Aberdeenshire, valued at £896 and £872 per annum.Ord. Sur., sh. 66,1871.
