Notes:

Oakley Parva was clearly a separate place from Oakley, but its precise location seems to be lost. According to Samuel Lewis's Topographical Dictionary of England (1831), 'it was consolidated with Oakley Magna in 1449. The church, now in ruins, was dedicated to St. Peter.'
