SALTFLEETBY ST. PETER, a parish in Louth district, Lincoln; 6¾ miles E by N of Louth r. station. Post-town, Louth. Acres, 2,003. Rated property, £3, 514. Pop., 308. Houses, 70. The property is much subdivided. S. House is the residence of J. M. Sowerby, Esq.; and a prospect-tower is near it, commanding extensive views. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Lincoln. Value, £246.* Patron, Oriel College, Oxford. The church is good. There is a Wesleyan chapel.
