THORNE-FALCON, a parish in Taunton district, Somerset; 3¾ miles E of Taunton r. station. Post town, Taunton. Acres, 814. Real property, £1,635. Pop, 196. Houses, 42. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Bath and Wells. Value, £296.* Patron, J. Batten, Esq. The church is ancient but good.
