Stilton, par. and vil., in N. of Huntingdonshire - par., 1620 ac., pop. 645; vil., 6 miles SW. of Peterborough; P.O., T.O.; gives name to the well-known Stilton cheese, which is now, however, made chiefly in Leicestershire.
