Total number of persons included in the 1961 data on educational levels. This covers all persons aged 25 and over within the 10% sample of households, excluding those not supplying information. This separate nCube is necessary as the 'N_EDUC_LEVEL_TOT' nCube used for other years provides for only an overall total, not for totals for each sex.
